In this module we are going to develop your ability to clear the hip when someone tries to put the foot there to isolate the arm, as well as how to clear the shoulder when they get high guard with shoulder isolation. We are going to focus on developing two skills sets:
1. Sprawling on the pressure.
2. Punching the shoulder through.
Keep using the "Grip, Frame, Tension" technique to develop your balance, awareness and reactions while your partner applies degrees of resistance based on proficiency.
For 30-60 secs I want you to focus on holding that position. Your job is to stay in there, shutdown the attacks and keep it simple.
