In this module we are going to develop your ability to protect the arm in danger by "shielding" it with your free arm. It is very important that you keep applying constant pressure. We are going to focus on developing three skills sets:
1. Stability
2. Downward Forward Pressure
3. Hip Position
Keep using the "Grip, Frame, Tension Technique" to develop your balance, awareness and reactions while your partner applies degrees of resistance based on proficiency.
Continue driving forward with a wide base and stay connected to the pressure. Be patient and let your body weight wear down your opponent's strength. Make sure you are collecting the arm being attacked at the wrist creating a RNC type of grip.
