Focus: Concept of Counter Gripping
Apply the, "Grip, Frame, Tension" technique to develop your balance, awareness and reactions while your opponent applies degrees of resistance based on level of proficiency.
For 30-60 secs I want you to focus on winning the grip fight. Your Job is to stay in there and shutdown the attacks!
