Master Fabio Santos is one of the few Red and Black Belts in the entire world and has been training for over 35 years. He trained under Rolls Gracie and eventually received his black belt after years of training with Rickson Gracie. It's just so amazing to learn techniques from someone who has such a direct lineage.
In part three of the series, he shows a great knee bar setup when someone locks you super tight in the half guard. This is a really easy setup but insanely effective. If you are getting caught in half guard a lot, you need to learn this one! Then, he shows a quick way to pass half guard if they aren't holding onto your leg quite so hard.
Here are just a few of his accomplishments, but he really is a part of BJJ history.
International Masters & Seniors Champion (2000 Senior 2)
Pan American Champion (1996 Senior, 2004 Senior 3)
US Open Champion (2003 Masters)
Black Belt Pro-Am Superfight Champion (2003)
