In this series, Cortez Coleman demonstrates how to keep your opponent pinned in side control until your opponent opens themselves up for submission or advancement. His main goal is to win and frustrate his opponent so they eventually have no choice but to make the situation worse for themselves and better for him. He also talks about his mentality, what he thinks about both BJJ and MMA, and how they helped his life.
