In the first segment of the Rear Naked Choke (RNC) online series, we are starting from seat belt position and focusing on the grips. We want to grip over our choking wrist to protect it from our opponent getting a good defensive grip.
Here we look at the many grip variations and applications to regain control if your opponent has good grip defense, as well as the choking sequence for the RNC.
Now that we have the RNC locked in let's work on fine tuning the choke and put a little twist on it...no literally, I want you to twist.
Now we put it all together with a little resistance involved...remember your ABC's (Always Be Choking)!
